have installed noobs , openelec , version of kodi 15.2 need kodi 16, please in easy understand instructions i'm new this

if haven't done configurations suggest forget noobs , download , install image openelec site.
7.0 beta 3 release has kodi 16.1
sure download correct file rpi 1 or 2/3 and... img file (not update). http://openelec.tv/get-openelec
need win32diskimager install sd card.
