measuring temperatures from cellphone - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,
i'm looking project can manage few (2-5) temperatures measurements , connect electronic devices (each thermometer 1 electronic device), , have access wifi (or similar) can track temperature cellphone , enable me close/open electronic devices.

in essence i'm not femiliar arduino projects , aim described in minimum of work, heard there "complete projects" can buy?
first step purchase divice/devices.
have advices my?

this not off-the-shelf solution perhaps consider sort of setup:

temperature sensors - dht22/am203 sensors connected esp8266 microcontrollers
communication on wifi mqtt broker running on raspberry pi
node-red on pi give easy web based interface connect dataflows, display info , allow switch things.
