looking @ using rasberry filter commercial calls based on callerid.
found old trust 56k v92 usb modem (item 13848 - http://www.trust.com/en/product/13848-56k-v92-usb-modem) in house , wondering if able use raspberry? if not modem should reasonable price?

run "dmesg", insert modem , run "dmesg" again.
new lines @ end of output of dmesg contains information of kernel device.
expect serial port name "/dev/ttyusb0" can used suitable software.
