Trying to get script working - Raspberry Pi Forums

i have rpi3 running jessie lite. have booting fbi (via script) image or slideshow. want remove text when booting. have lot of removed, last part can't seem remove after autologin. can me rid of it?
here have in cmdline.txt file changed "console=tty3 console=null quiet loglevel=3"
script this:
"#! /bin/sh
/usr/bin/fbi -a -noverbose /home/pi/slideshow/*.jpg
exit"

the linux warranty message in file '/etc/motd'. if remove text file, won't appear in screen.
