Sound sensor

 goodmorning everyone,
i'm doing project "basic" turn on lamp (light) hands clap ...

the problems arose 2:
1. software
2. hardware ..

we start software ...
..i can how can write simple control toggle keeps me energized relay (and lamp) after clapping , after turn off lamp clap ..
i can not figure out how write little program .. thanks


2. ssr (3- 32 vdc input -output 220 v) not excite when raise output of arduino .... there should 5v pinout of arduino ?? relay works because if excited 9v battery energizes , turns on lamp ..

it sounds have not got ground of arduino connected ground of ssr or have failed set pin using output in setup function.
