Thread: is this how UNR looks in 9.10

seem have problems unr, decided install becaus eits easier on netbook...but snce 9.10 seems lot different. top , bottom panels meant still there? , why when open something, maximises , there no way of closing unless use panel @ bottom (which think shouldnt there)
