Installing FM8 Plug-in for DITA Open Tool Kit

dear all,

i facing issues while installing dita open tool kit.

please me resolve issue.

details below:
- have fm 8 installed on laptop.
- installing dita ot version 1.2.2 using installation instructions given on adobe site.
- have installed java development kit, apache ant, javahelp, saxon, xslt , microsoft® html
- have tested build , successful.

now, when launch fm 8 don't see dita menu. confused.
and fm seems slow.

i have checked , re-checked installation steps , don't think have missed step. dita menu not appear.

please help. in advance.

the "dita" menu should appear default .. regardless of ot plugin being installed. if ot plugin installed, add "generate output" menu item dita menu.

is possible don't have structured authoring interface enabled?

file > preferences > general > product interface > structured framemaker
