a customer of ours came our site, downloaded our free trial, , purchased digital edition. then, when returned buy one, drmlink generated him did not download new purchase. had him visit http://ebookstore.adobe.com/store/default.asp , download agatha christie sample... worked. emailed him purchase via "preview" , "email complimentary copy" fields, , open that.
other customers have no problem downloading web links, know links aren't malformed. i've used link download on computer.
he's deleted internet cache , re-associated .etd files. what's left?

was ebx.etd downloaded? if has ebx.etd file, have him email you. open in text editor , see if values make sense. open reader/acrobat on system , see if works. if does, problem has on system...
