have project house automation, , going start gate, goal, open gate via bluetooth or wifi or both, use xiaomi mi band, , use open gate, or remotly via vpn , app, have server @ home firewall etc... new robotics, have made first quadcopter nice, , want start more advanced, dont understand of house electric, asking here help!

p2 its switch button, if press opens gate
kind of hardware going need, , version of pi appropriated? smaller better want place inside box aswell, if cant isnt problem.

probably need replace switch relay. switch looks double pole double throw... verify... replace similar relay.
pi via relay driver throws relay rather throwing switch.
control pi number of ways... pushbotton, ssh, signal handler, &. think want manual pushbutton input pi whatever automation.
model pi work well, model arduino or other micro-controller.
