Adapting Mega code to Due

hi, trying rewrite sketch written mega work on due, aside eeprom/flash hardware differences , size of sketch though should relatively straight forward. such not case , has been struggle start. have come series of  errors can't seem figure out if because of referenced address locations or in code itself. offered appreciated !

it seems "dueflashstorage" has been #defined else. sure library working in small test sketch? try #include other libraries in test.

that seem exceptionally large program fish feeding. industrial aquarium?
