Enclosure Design - How are people doing cutting square holes?


i wanting put little arduino project nice little enclosure have 2 serial port connections, usb connection , rf connection on rear of enclosure. front have couple of leds.

now front no problem connections square usb b port, , 2 serial sort of odd d shaped .

so real question how people manage cut enclosures support project without making huge mistakes?

how cut square hole accurately? looks pro job not hacked together.

the b connection quite small 11 x 13mm - small hacksaw.

i know stupid question has not done before think legitimate question.

any tips appreciated.

i use metal nibbler cutter.
drill hole, use nibbler square off, use set of small hand files finish.
