i installed cs1 running under vista. had problem acrobat uninstalled it. since then, every time try install programme cs1 "invalid serial number" message. know have number in correctly have box in front of me , number enter matches 1 shown on screen installed programmes (photoshop, illustrator , indesign).
apart fact cs1 not supported on vista, sure entering full serial#? @ least version cs2 , higher, number in application missing last 4 digits (i think it's 20 digits instead of 24), security reasons. have original box original number?
