i purchased eco friendly box version(since download version costs more odd reason) @ £1600, thinking i'm getting production suite,
i load soundbooth cs4 create simple 20sec multi track sting, lo , behold cant reverse sound???? click menu takes me online community center cant find damn manual!!! crashes ever when simpley scrubbing , forth, there no browse section have have folder open , drag sounds in, there spot adobe sounds , music files u can buy...............ok forget sound booth complicated use u need degree
so little discouraged load cs4 premier remembering how enjoyed using cs2, had limited options capture footage in, when captured there no preview window u need @ ur capture source, once video files in projects folder drag them on time line find plays extremely jerky, u think capture native source, figure isnt bad buffers , , plays ok, cut 3min episode , try export, , wtf program loads up, , has dv options no hdv 720p selected in tab below , nothing frame size. felt confused , dazed since on over place, dont have clue how manual becuase there isnt one, u need hunt manual!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aaaahhhhh im loosing time, dont it....this supposed awesome production tool, damn complicated , doesnt move nicely jerky feels cheap...................
so entire day has gone, since exporting process not simple, cutting , putting edit not simple, sh*t.
i go on faithful adobe after effects cs4, try , save damage premier has caused edit, sadlly did not manage rescue file export didnt know type of feel (pro ress) came out fhked......
the reason im damn shocked @ piss poor atempt @ production suite
is after getting off cs2 started working final cut studio 2, thinking ok..........and had pooled wool on eyes accept move adobe....so after many years returned adobe in faith out fcp2 mean package cost double final cut studio does(£800)
i load sound track pro, works has brows section ur own files, u can reverse audio ad effects, , move around without wondering u trying do, supposed do........i dont know audio , easy sting done.
final cut pro amazing peace of software not pretending million other things u don't need
fcp color correction works, cs4 premiere weird things when u try adjust colors
i full refund if any1 can appreciate it....
do not buy product expensive illusion of bells , whistles.

first, you're ranting fellow adobe product users, not adobe. if universal disaster you're claiming, there many posts effect in forums. so, you're pretty in minority here.
you make point way has been restructured, folks not happy change. adobe claims best way have latest information available. exists in multiple forms each app, including searchable manuals you've used before , knowledgebase , these forums.
as apps not working right, haven't told system hardware or software, how installed new software, how prepared system installation , maintenance you've done. can't comment or offer suggestions.
but if want refund, suggest contacting adobe directly phone in area.
