Getting ACR 4.3.1 to like Capture One?

i prefer way way default settings of capture 1 handle skin tones, there many feature of acr 4.3.1 prefer prefer use it. have read can similar results between camera raw , capture 1 shooting macbeth color checker, measuring neutrals , rgb values in capture 1 matching those, close possible, in camera raw using settings under camera profile. can not find article went specifics think earlier version of camera raw, wondering if these still same steps need followed in 4.3.1? also, need done once or have different lighting conditions? more point, if photograph color checker using studio lights, same settings still apply outdoor shot?
