i couldn't see else put this, hoping help. have client running 8.04 lts , thunderbird not display incoming messages decoded unless rebuilds index of inbox. isn't decoding messages come in.
been doing 12 years , new 1 on me.
it's in old eudora windows if have uncheck box said "automatically decode". can't see setting in thunderbird though.
instance (in case misreading this) sent him message on try , came out on machine random letters , numbers.
