FM to XML and Back XML to FM issue

i trying convert document between framemker xml, little edits in xml , framemaker. using fm 8.0. have created edd , has simple paragrah , title elements. nothing fancy. made dtd out of it. imported edd fm file no issue. saved xml no isssue. when open xml file in framemkaer again, shows whole content twice. e,g. if have frame maker titel , paragragh, xml editor shows right. when open xml in fm, 2 isntances of title , paragraph. structure view shows, duplicate edd enteries extended red dotted line.
i using windows version of fm.

looks might have content in template file?. check template frame uses (from structapps) empty.
