Disabling print screen

i new whole pdf security, , testing acrobat 8 right now. while researching, happen come across adobe document center, , have few questions.

i know cannot 100% prevented, read preventing screen capture "print screen" button pdfs can done? know can't done acrobat 8 alone, need adobe livecycle? first referred adc instead. can preventing prtsc done in adc (because haven't found yet), or need livecycle, or going in wrong direction? thanks!

if create policy disables copy , print. prevent users taking screen capture. pointed out in question cannot 100% prevented.
