Registration Problems with Virtuemart - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hey everyone,

i have virtuemart store set in customized joomla! site having problems related 'check-out.' right now, have 'process 3' chosen checkout method:

process 3:
1. shipping method request
2. payment method request
3. complete order

before gets of options though, asks users either login existing user or register billing information. however, after i've tried registering billing information message "you not authorised view resource. need login." , started. guess have 2 questions. first, in administration can find requesting billing information (in case edit it)? , two, has had same problem before or have ideas how can fix it? if has ideas extremely helpful!

i have same issue. have make permission changes joomla when installing virtuemart? using later vm of last week...
