File transfer between two gsm modem

hi,
i'm wanting build system store value on sd card form .csv file , not problem. there 1000 value recorded daily.i'm wanting send values pc daily , want use of 2 gsm modem task . can doing task 2 gsm modem or no?



what other methods recommended? or how can achieved?

how far apart arduino , pc? can use serial usb port or long distance apart (hence gsm modems).
to save creating custom program on pc might able use xmodem or zmodem protocol transfer files , google search shows several hits code transferring files sd card using these protocols.
