while having problem (since solved) firefox loading pages though connected internet, 'forced' computer offer choice of repair mode (i've done before other versions of ubuntu).
when finished repairing whatever needs repair , select option log in normally, presents me black screen (with lots of writing) and, @ bottom, asks me login.
login, enter password, , shows terminal command

not know enter here; can tell me please? please tell me command out of terminal (normally shut down cursor).
help.

shutdown in terminal, command sudo reboot
