so i've assembled printer , have problem. whenever try autohome table gets stuck on way up. stuck mean motor struggles , can't push table up. make work have push table on side opposite of motor. seems it's crooked i've played around guide rods still couldn't work. works fine when table low, gets stuck near top pretty every time. works fine if move manually through move axis, seems run @ different speed autohome. when assembling had feeling problem because of how heavy table , it's supported on 1 side. has else run issue?
that problem caused fact printed bed not adjusted relative frame in combination z axis screw adjustment.
nothing requires manual interaction, autohome should bring head xyz = (0 0 0), number of things going on here if doesn't work.
do end stop lights come on (all of them, there three) when auto home? if not either switch not mounted right, or switch doesn't work (when click manually red led should come on), or connector not @ right pin combination on ramps board, etc etc.
how timing belts? adjusted , tight? don't need super tight, thing should not happen slip causing knocking sound.
just browse through posts see wrote, or watch youtube movie see materia in action.
most of agree manual improved somewhere.
guys, please share find, in way others. engineering tendency sometimes, know how worked why should share it? customer problem engineers (like me) didn't write enough, or write incomplete manuals because not born linguistic experts, instead liked nuts bolts , schematics more writing.
