immediately following install of cs4 trial, cs4 seemed work fine during first launch of application. after subsequently exiting cs4, whenever launch it, program appears in faded, semi-transparent way, approximately 20% visible. can faintly see menus , toolbars , functions work, it's not usable.
hardware specs: xp (32 bit), 4gb ram, q6600 c2q, ati 1950xt pro, cs2 installed.
i've searched , haven't found reports of similar, since don't feel have unique setup i'd surprised hasn't been seen before. can offer suggestion?

update graphic card driver. see if fixes it.
