TLP 4.5 - Wrong Windows & MAC DVD media ?


i live in netherlands.
i have tlp 4.5 volume license.
on 22nd october purchased cs4 design premium upgrade (for 1 license) phone @ adobe sales netherlands (0800 0200164).
together windows , macintosh dvd media sets.
after usual stupid 3 attempts ups deliver parcel around 12:40 noon, 3 days in row, had collect myself depot couple of days later.

when got home opened box , checked sticker @ of dvd boxes. sticker on both dvd boxes didn't have usual nact, nas indication. didn't know. thought, new terminology.
so restored recent windows vista ultimate 64-bit sp1 backup sandbox pc. pc not connected internet. proceeded installing windows version of suite.
i inserted first dvd , surprised warning in splash software may go online activation during installation proces. entered windows serial number had copy-pasted https://licensing.adobe.com website earlier on pc.
the serial number accepted (green check mark) , afterwards not prompted activate software online during installation of both dvds.
i started ps , went menu open help.
to surprise saw active menu option "deactivate...".
i click on , receive deactivate popup window.
with in bold "deactivating software allow install , activate adobe creative suite 4 design premium on computer."
there 2 buttons : cancel , deactivate. clicked cancel button.

i called adobe sales next morning , put me through license support nl. guy spoke there noted down customer number, brief problem description, etc , gave me case number : 201415793.
i receive call back. happened late in afternoon.
i had explain again in detail, , asked codes on sticker of both dvd boxes, , forward screenshots of deactivate menu option, deactivate window, , scan stickers @ of both dvd boxes determine lot numbers.
i did this, zipped screenshots , scans seperately, , emailed them email address had received : licensesupport_nl@adobe.com
but had typo in email address , email undeliverable.
(i noticed undeliverable message mail server next day.)
on next day received message license support nl case# closed because didn't provide requested material. there wouldn't problem re-open case once requested material received.
so re-tried couple of times , didn't receive undeliverable message.
just make sure called next day, , guy spoke couldn't find email had sent.
so asked re-send email attachments dutch-custserv@adobe.com forward message license support nl. did. next day contacted license support nl again , told again hadn't received email. had received response head office nl dvd media sets correct volume licensing media. (i had given them codes on stickers of dvd boxes earlier phone.)
and continue using software. refused , explained wanted volume license media without activation/deactivation. that's when guy started getting obnoxious, raised voice told me couldn't more , it.
that 2 days ago. today called again licensing support nl, guy started telling me see enclosed undeliverable messages had typos in email address. license spelled license instead of licence. or other way round. after asked "so receive

after asked "so received emails?". answered "yes, refused because email attachments big, , had file extension couldn't open. asked him extension was, , replied zip. thought how difficult can open "adobe cs4 design premium (de)activate.zip" , "adobe cs4 design premium lot codes.zip" ?
but before anything, continued saying see "deactivate..." menu option in screenshots , should not click , continue use software.
because there hadn't been request online activation, not activated. "deactivate..." menu option new way done in volume license media.
so had started lies, because said email rejected because attachments large , couldn't open due file extension.

i kept quiet , remained polite, angry inside, told him couldn't imagine 1 tlp license noticed , contacted adobe it.
i explained him had reformatted harddisk in sandbox pc , send dvd media , ask bank make charge back.
he told me if wanted, should it.

well, i've made mind.
if sent wrong dvd media in first place, , lied to, i'm indeed sending dvd media , asked charge back.

my questions :

1.
could tlp license, , dvd media, confirm whether received or not receive online activation prompt during installation of cs4 suite ?

2.
could tlp license, , dvd media, confirm have or not have "deactivate..." menu option in menu of each apllication in suite ?

3.
could tlp license, , dvd media, check white sticker @ of dvd box ?
and retail license dvd media.

my windows dvd box has on sticker :

i want make sure did not receive volume license (no activation) dvd media, before return mine , ask charge back.
