i've purchased acer aspire 5738z windows 7 installed. intend install ubuntu on seem remeber when did on previous machine, dell inspiron, rendered recovery pertition inoperable.
acer, notice, has 11gig partition called pqservice - nothing in user guide googling lend me believe part of recovery system.
has got ubuntu dual booting on 1 of these machines , impair recovery partition. if has, know if still possible recover unit using recovery discs made acer erecovery?
info before start, pointing out other pitfalls great
ps webcam work under ubuntu - can't find when booting live cd
