Online training or Webinar for end-users?

is there on-line training or webinar me started? i'm using online adobe document center.

i believe i'm setting security policies correctly document through adobe v8 professional , securing through outlook, recipients can still forward , print document. i've set # of days access (3 days), tell me, can still access file.

any suggestions dfu (dumb freaking user) , running?

i have pdf post account created.

i can't find clues in acrobat "apply policy" information do.
