planning use sam3x on design mounted behind tft.
is necessary have other mega16u2 chip , usb port in order program sam3x chip or ill fine if use sam3x native port , erase switch?.
i know programming through native port work fine, im nut sure if mega job in process.
second question. can see 12mhz crystal. sam3x use internal 84mhz??
third question. if buy new chip atmel, work arduino ide? enoigh load bootloader other arduino based microckontrollers?

yes, programming port convenience provided due can programmed more other arduinos, without having push button.
there's no bootloader load. every sam3x comes installed in rom.
