Sketch not in Sketchbook list [solved]

a sketch have created not listed in sketchbook list folder exist in arduino directory.
i have not been able open file via open command since sketch utilizes tabs , has many .ino files listed in folder. i've checked several different versions of sketch can access through sketchbook , compared folders sketch cannot open can't see differences. i'm sure saved sketch via file>save when last modified it. thoughts going on? - scotty

have discovered reason sketch have in arduino folder did not show in sketchbook listing because .ino filename in folder did not have same name folder in located.  have discovered fist tab in sketch adopts save file name when saved. since tab name cannot changed within arduino ide, must've changed file(tab)name within folder, causing mismatch between folder name , name of first tab filename. leads me think arduino ide seeks first tab filename when populating sketchbook list. - scotty
