i developing new template , want create new module positions template when installed. possible template's xml files? have tried using directly access #__template_positions, didn't work, seems doesn't parsed when installing template. tried using access secondary php script inserts didn't work either.
basically question is: possible install new module positions through template's xml file or other means while template being installed joomla 1.0.x?
the thing can think of kind of first-run check , calling queries inside template's index.php script, seems complicated way.
