Extesions or reviews not updating or added - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i have attempted add extensions via account, , although received confirmation extension under review; never got listed.  same extension passed onto loaded without problems

i not having problems existing extensions can modified or updated.   however users stating adding reviews , rates, on last 3 weeks have monitored , neither rating or reviews updating.  reviews have attempted go , re-review, receive message reviews can submitted once; means review has gone system loop
