ever since dowloaded recent update couple weeks ago have been getting error message everytime try download book gives me error message: error converting license , lists specific book causing problem. can read old books downloaded can not download new. please help! adobe customer service people directed me here. thank you!
well, realistically should have directed open support web case @ http://www.adobe.com/support/contact. i'm trying straighten them out on it's slow going..

however, sounds may have damaged existing book. i'd recommend contacting vendor , asking them fresh download of title. should accomodate you.
