i've got old xp machine following: p4 2.80ghz, 768mb ram, nvidia geforce 4 mx 440 w/ agp8x. exceed requirements cs3 right? sluggish? thought when cs3 first introduced there problems xp -- or vista -- can't remember. want sure if shell out bucks i'll return. i'm delaying buying new computer until vista goes away (soon hope).

although may technically have enough memory install , run cs3 applications, 768mb woefully inadequate serious work. double 1.5gb might threshold @ might find suite usable. 2gb better. need significant disk space - , higher speed disk helps!
cs3 works fine both windows xp , vista. popular press notwithstanding (they need write about), if have system has threshold of resources appropriate host it, vista works fine adobe applications. running 4 systems right including 2 running vista 64-bit. these systems stable or more stable of xp systems have used on years. need configure, though (for matter, same issues afflict xp except more people know how that). (note neither microsoft "fan" or vista "fan" - calling see , experience it!)
