i have e-book requires adobe digital editions view it. using computers @ school have windows xp because have no home computer. have bought e-book twice, spending 100 dollars on same book because original user name had many activations. bought book again , signed in under different user name , password. have 2 user accounts, , 2 of same textbooks , cant view of them because computer saying many activations both user names. have contacted customer representative couldn't me @ gave me case # 201283247 , customer id number 165977143. email address cortlz13@aol.com , dnycuk@yahoo.com. need access book today , need account updated not many activations anymore. help.

ideally customer service agent should have sent open support web case. that's how activation resets. should have come -before- buying book again!!!
however, since gave info here made new support case (180450760 ).
i reset activations both accounts. if you're installing digital editions on different machines @ school run problem again (it's not designed kind of distribution @ time..) in case open support web case , we'll reset again.
