Is there a way to transfer my entire Joomla directory to another host? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

my host, currently, has way many downtimes.  , have had many conflicts it, going switch hosts.

problem is, want transfer joomla site (everything in it) new host, i'm not sure if possible.  how can go doing this?  easy ftping directory comp, ftping directory new host?

i aware need change options (like changing database info , other stuff)
