i keep getting error every time create pdf after crashing particular book. looks pdf creation corrupted. have tried creating pdf's books had no problems have had no luck without crashing framemaker exact error. using v8.0p277 on vista ultimate sp1 , amd.
this started when opened older book created in 6.0 , updated in 7.0 , when opened in 8.0 , created pdf images randomly missing 1 chapter. appeared grayed out in pdf. opened chapter , attempted recreate pdf , different images grayed out in pdf. next attempt crashed error , every time regardless of file or book. appears when attempts write tps file , access distiller. can open distiller separately no problems.
i can continue use framemaker can't create pdf using save book pdf. there way "recover" application without re-installing it?
