Indexing my stored pdf emails

when save emails merged document, nice index on top original dates of emails. add emails collection , keep index going cannot figure out how this.

so far: have selected new email, created pdf email, pulled down combine files abd sekected single pdf. no index soever.

i've tried right clicking on both saved emails , selecting merge format no index.

the links/index icons not since has date email sent server , not original date of email.

any ideas?
