i in need of streaming pi cam can use usb web cam on local network monitor through internet.
trying use "motion" , @ times works after 2 full reinstall cannot ever connect on local network.
not sure start troubleshoot.
looking simple program describe, nothing fancy.

have tried motioneyeos? understand it, that's linux system (image?) targetted used webcam streaming. have no personal experience it, read , thought looked interesting.
