hello,
i have installed copy of creative suite cs3 several times on pc. however, pc hit virus. reinstalled windows xp/sp2. when try install creative suite, errors every time.
i've tried install 5 times. message i'm getting similiar "component installation failed". (i'm recalling message memory.) i'm trying put photoshop, illustrator, flash, fireworks , dreamweaver on machine, error appears every application attempt install.
i'm not aware of error log adobe keeping installation process.
does have suggestions? thanks.
