i upgraded dell mini 9 32 gb ssd. having issues trying reinstall ubuntu, have seemed that. in process of reinstalling ubuntu 9.10 seem hanging on partitioner. has been sitting @ 70% mark 15 minutes. how long partitioner process take?
ssds vary wildly in speed, 15m seems quite excessive. in partitioning step of installation, or gparted? whichever is, try other method or partitioning/formatting through command line, see if have same problems there. check last several entries in logs see if jumps out @ you.
