i have system sends signals system, signals high ( 5v) or low (0v ) want enable arduino hold or send the signals.
if arduino doesnt work anymore signals should passed
im looking best solution this.

i see there 2 devices.
and see 1 or more lines connect them
device arduino.
device b other system.
the lines in question inputs device b.
now should arduino these lines?
it sounds want them maintain "high" voltage state without arduino doing - presumably have +5v supply that's on, when arduino isn't.
what situation cause arduino stop driving lines? planning arduino removed, or what??
