new raspberry pi's , having lot of fun , success 1 point cannot figure out -
have installed real time clock , works fine reports utc want rtc run on local standard time (so doesn't adjust daylight savings time) , once pi has booted want have rtc time copied system clock can use name files - building systems interface ip cameras grabbing images based on time want reflected in file name - working fine except rtc issue.
know can turn off system clock update ntp should allow me update system time rtc need have rtc stay on local time without daylight savings adjustment.
know how this?

sudo raspi-config has option set locale, timezone, wifi country code , keyboard layout. set right , clock change local timezone.
