i've searched path listed on adobe's site install latest camera raw update (library/application support/adobe/plug-ins/cs3/file formats), , noticed have adobe level of folder listed.
so on computer can library/application support/adobe, there no folder plug-ins.
so, supposed load software update? should create missing folders?
i have cs3 running on leopard if helps any.

looking @ wrong library. need root-level library,
