Suddenly can't upload to Arduino

hi, i'm using macbook pro on yosemite 10.10.  i have been uploading sketches no problems arduino , tonight error message.  i looked @ trouble shooting info , looks if usb port has lost something.

this 1 of error messages get

arduino: 1.6.1 (mac os x), board: "arduino uno"

sketch uses 4,894 bytes (15%) of program storage space. maximum 32,256 bytes.

avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find usb device "usb"  (this when press verbose option)

in port options have 'bluetooth-incoming-port' , 'bluetooth-modem'  should there usbmodem port in there somewhere?  and if so, how back?

i should arduino stopped working other usb port while ago, although ipad works it.  i have 2 arduinos, , message same each of them.  i've changed usb cable no result.
