[SOLVED]gsm2Click Quectel M95 - Arduino 3.3V - no communication

hello,

i have ordered gsm2 click board use arduino 3.3v (from sparkfun)
(http://www.lextronic.fr/p28856-module-devaluation-gsm2-click-board.html)

i have connected gnd, 3.3v 3.3v source, tx/rx arduino's rx/tx.

i use software serial, can't communicate gsm board... send "at" , no answer...

i have try use usb serial converter directly on gsm board: same problem, no answer !
i have try 9600 baud 115200.... same
i have try put pwk pin +3.3v....same

have got solution problem please ?
what defaut speed of gsm board ?
the pwk useful or not ?

ps: have try second gsm board and...same...

some news...

i have tested 5v arduino (so have solder jumper 5v on gsm board) , it's work!

the pwk pin useful because this pin start gsm board ! (and if bring low , bring high approx 1 second, board go sleep ! etc etc.)

but problem must use 3.3v arduino, , after test, can't start gsm board if bring pwk pin +3.3v
