driving 3 LEDs (1.5A each)

 hi,
i want use arudino flash 3 leds (1.5 a) small flash duration (a couple of milliseconds). wondering if 1 knows of led drivers can provide 1.5 , can used ardunios. can 1 driver each led or 1 driver 3 of them.
in addition, wondering if arduino capable of such small flash duration.

note: voltage requirement of each led around (3 4 v).

hi, can tell arduino can time things down microseconds (1/1000 of millisecond). unfortunately can't neccessary drivers... i'm sure along in minute....
