have upgrade desktop computer ubuntu 9.04 ubuntu 9.10 update manager.
m in hostel net speed slow , hostel lan connected have want make repository can other students upgrade ubuntu version server want make repository .
please me , let me know how can make repository on our own desktop , client can connect ip.
