i'm trying "filter attribute" finding data inside text insets (specifically conref inside dita topic) not filtered. known bug? there workarounds?

without knowing sure, i'd willing bet bug, based on account. filter attribute feature not well-implemented , lacks of basic functionality required effective operation.
