i forced re-download ade 1.2 after month. had use new adobe id authorize thing (it had lost old account or something, weird, because don't use other adobe products require id). now, can't open of ebooks, due error says "document licensed different user account"
i'm using windows xp system on dell ibm laptop , have no idea how ram in (whatever ram means-i'm horribly technophobic). please, someone, take pity on me , explain did wrong how fix before rip hair out. , if rip out hair, reason have living?

i wish magically tell happened, i'm not sure. did make changes user setup on machine?
