Arduino installation: Help not publlished in html5

good morning,
i have installed arduino version 1.6.3. till ok, when push button (in italian version "aiuto"), , choose p.e. first steps, arduino opens block notes, , see document html list, instead of correct interpretation. installation mistake? why haven't link html editor?

the ide opens html files using os file extension association. it's that, on windows, double clicking html file open block notes
