Are there any generic (flight sim) style joysticks available?

i'm looking generic flight simulator style joystick one.

 so far, i've been running general thumb sticks when searching. i'm hoping there arduino  ready pinout can solder wires or use jumper cables right away.

of not, can try interface joysticks potentiometers , buttons myself, want see if here knows generic ones.
