when printing on 13x19 paper epson r1800, image gets chopped off, if it's not recognizing entire page size available (yes i'm setting page size correctly).
happens printing cs3 version of indesign, illustrator & acrobat. however, if save out of these, , import photoshop , print photoshop, works perfectly. isn't practical on 50 page documents indesign.
have uninstalled , reinstalled latest epson driver (from website) leopard.
does photoshop being raster program, , others being vector-based change game when printing? can offer further insight what's going on?

check both page setup , print... dialog boxes. check line line sure right paper size, type, margins , orientation selected.
